The tournament will be played according to the official international game rules and ITHF Tournament rules.
Tournament playing system 2026. Final playing system for 2026 will be anonced
- 6 basic groups
- first 10 players advance to the A-finals,
- 2 final groups A with 30 players each - the results from the basic group are counted
- in the play-offs of group A 16 players from each group (32 in total) will advance to the play-offs (best of 7)
- players on 11th 12th, 13th will play B-finals, 14th, 15th, 16th will play C-finals, 17th, 18th, 19th will play D-finals.
- in groups B, C, D the results are not counted
- in the play-offs of groups B, C, D - 4 players (best of 5)
- There will be 60-70 new Forsberg games with original deflectors. Goal bottoms will be removed.
- New pucks will be used at the tournament.
- The first three players overall and also the winner of each placement group will get cup.
