The tournament will be played according to the official international game rules and ITHF Tournament rules.
Tournament playing system 2026:
- 8 preliminary groups
- The top 8 players advance to the A final.
- Odd-numbered groups will be merged together, and even-numbered groups will also be merged together.
- Players placed 9th–11th will play in the B final, 12th–14th in the C final, 15th–16th in the D final, and 17th–18th in the E final.
- Groups B and C will have 24 players (results are carried over), while groups D and E will have 16 players (results are not carried over).
- There will be 2 A final groups, each with 32 players, and results from the preliminary groups will be carried over.
- From each A final group, 16 players (32 in total) will advance to the playoffs, played as best-of-7 series (first to 4 wins).
- Playoffs in groups B, C, D, E, and F will be played by 4 players, in best-of-5 series (first to 3 wins).
- Matches will be played on 64 new Stiga Play Off Forsberg hockey table tables with cut goals and original STIGA deflectors.
- Official association pucks will be used in the tournament.
Trophies will be awarded to:
- the top 3 players overall
- the top 3 players in each performance group (B, C, D, E)
- the top 3 female players
- the top 3 players in the age categories U13, U18, 45+, and 55+
